• Nikola doesn’t need to be open on your phone for metrics to be logged to the app.

Great App
More Useful Stats - especially battery charge history
Great interaction with app developer
This is a useful app for those that want the convenience of the Watch & Siri interfaces as well as the energy insights. It works very well and it’s much more intuitive & simple to tap the complication on my watch face than getting my phone out and finding the app then the controls I need. It may seem minor but in day to day situations it’s actually noticeably better. I’m one of those people that’s interested in the energy insights too. What makes the whole thing better is that the developer is very engaging, responsive, helpful and seems genuinely determined to use feedback to make constant improvements. This last point is one of the reasons I’d heartily recommend installing the app and sticking with it whilst development continues.
Waste of time
App only works with an incredibly expensive subscription

No reason to install and tie myself into yet another susbscription. Didn’t bother to look at any designs

I don’t need a subscription to be able to open my charge port via a widget. Nice app though.
Cost Cost Cost
The potential for the developer is HUGE, clearly a lot of effort and aesthetics have gone into this, the downside is the COST. At £39.99 (insert €$¥) it’s a no brainier for a lot of people and therefore economically (based on shear numbers) means better £ streams in the medium to longer term - let’s face it, adoption of EVs is here!! I will reinstall once my M3 arrives for a trial but unlikely to extend unless the cost drops
A fantastic tesla app but..
..too expensive for me. I don’t need another subscription in my life either I’m afraid and the one off payment is too much for an ‘app’.
Great developer
App has a really great dev behind it, constantly trying to improve the app and open to feedback. App has really nice UI and useful features already with a few minor things to improve on.
