The lock and unlock features don’t work properly
Hi, I’ve been having problems with the app because the lock and unlock sometimes takes a long time and shows error.
KQ3i Sport bluetooth issue
I gave my wife a scooter last week, and we have issues to connect the scooter to the phone, we tried with iphone 13, iphone 14, andorid an a ipad. We went to the store and they confirm the issue, they changed the display board and the issue remains, the sent to NIU details of the Issue. Until today the issue remains and sometimes the connection allow us to modify some setting but is a pain. Please repair the app

Por que quitaron la limitación de velocidad? Después de la ultima actualización, En mi kqi3 sport ya no puedo ver la velocidad máxima configurada.

Cant connect to niu qki3 scooter
Bought my new scooter but it’s limited to 9mph and can’t unlock full speed because the trash app won’t connect to the scooter. Even the distributor in my country doesn’t know what to do.
Pairing with kqi3 pro is all wrong
I cannot do the tutorial neither i can unlock the full speed mode. When i connect the scooter it appears to try to show the tutorial but it doesn’t work (chinese characters appear). The model is not shown on the app just the id. Hating the niu experience at this moment…
Según con el concesionario da mal la información
Hola compré mi moto hace unos 3 meses aprox y tuve problemas ya que al comprarla prometía unas cosas en la página como carga en 7 horas y son en 9-10 autonomía de 60-70 y anda con suerte 50 y pregunte y fui y según es error de la App que se tiene que actualizar se actualizo y aún no muestra bien los datos de lo mismo ni de la autonomía de la moto o notificaciones de que se movió la moto no se si es la moto en este punto o es la App
