My scooter was pushed today and fell on its side while being parked. Alarm turned on but I didn’t get any notification on my phone so I couldn’t react in time. It happened despite me paying subscription to NIU for that specific feature. Whole this NIU platform is a sad joke. Don’t waste your time or money on their stuff.

A few days ago app stopped working. No data was shown. I reinstalled it. Now I can’t log in. I get “cancel” message every time.

I cannot open the app after installing the latest update. It crashes all the time.

Nach dem letzten Update habe ich keine Veränderung festgestellt!!!! Warum das Update!!!!!! Allerdings ist die Akkulaufzeit etwas schlechter geworden!!!! Wann kommt endlich ein vernünftiges Update!!!!

Ich finde die Aktualisierungen sehr langsam oder Updates werden angezeigt und nichts passiert!!!!…. Dafür , dass diese Roller hohen Zuwachs haben funktionieren die Updates ganz und gar nicht!!!! Da sollten sich die Hersteller mal mehr anstrengen!!!

Wird es irgendwann auch eine Version für die Apple Watch geben? Ansonsten eine Super App!

The customer service is absolutely terrible, they don’t even care about consumer rights or applicable law. Never going to buy anything from them again.

Der Tempomat der seit dem vorletzten Update drauf ist funktioniert nicht.
