Non existent customer service
I’m trying to get in touch from past 3 weeks to book a simple annual health check which we’re entitled to as part of the policy. However they are completely unresponsive and refuse to cater to senior citizens in their language. If this is their attitude towards a health check up request I can’t even image doing claims with them under stress ful emergency situations. I’d highly recommend you to avoid this company.
