Niva Bupa Fitness App Undercounting Steps by 90%
The step count displayed by the Niva Bupa app is wildly inaccurate. I typically take 15,000 steps per day, but the app only shows 1,000. This discrepancy might be due to Niva Bupa's reluctance to provide discounts to customers

Step Count Discount not being applied on renewal
When date for renewal approaches, the step count discount is not applied in the calculated renewal amount in the app. This despite the step count for renewal stopped 3 months in advance.
Struggling to add a nominee
Have a pleasant experience with the app. Not made any claim so far but I am struggling to add a nominee. I am trying to get in touch with representatives but no luck!
