Won’t allow me to login
Neither are working and it’s becoming a little frustrating. I saw this happening yesterday and again today. I have made payments and need to see if Expert pay has forwarded them. I tried using my computer, thinking something was my iPhone, and became more upset. I am not very happy about this. I am a father who does pay.
The app does not fit the screen and therefore I am unable to even access its contents. Is there some way to adjust how the app adjusts to the screen? I am unable to verify as I can’t access the button to send a code.
The app hardly ever works. Says my pin is incorrect when it's not. Then you can't reset it. The website barely works either. Can't login there 75% of the time either. Complete joke

I pay every week and most of the time it doesn’t let me log in. It tell me wrong credentials when I input the right ones. Such a headache
The software is not compatible to the new update, I go to login and it tells me that my username and password is not correct. It is correct because I received the information from New Jersey Child support and it’s the same. Beyond frustrating this is not the first time this has happened and I’m sure it won’t be the last.
The app has a 2-step security system for signing in, which is great. But once you enter your security code, the screen doesn’t allow you to scroll down to proceed any further. Definitely a design flaw that hasn’t been addressed in months.
This app is great when it is working- however there are too many glitches. 80% of the time I try to login the app will not open. The CS services want us to use the online tool instead of phoning however when the tool doesn't work what can we do? Although all of the representatives I speak to are always respectful and helpful which is so appreciated because who really wants to worry about their CS being paid.
