On April 21, 2024, I signed up for live Programming on the NJ PBS App. I made a donation of $10.00 of what I intended to be my participation of a monthly subscription, however, I am not able to receive the live stream as per the photo message below. After sending an email the following day and contacting NJ PBS by phone three or four times with no ability whatsoever to leave a voicemail, I have yet to receive a response to my email, which is extremely unacceptable. There should be a disclosure that if the viewer is not in the appropriate territory, access will not be permitted prior to making a donation and not receiving the expected service!!
Confusing Website! !
The NJPBS website is confusing when you attempt to donate money.
I attempted to take advantage of gifts being offered for donations to NJPBS, during the 3/18 presentation of “20 things to do” about Midsomer Murders. I was directed to the website, and made a donation of $300, only to find that the gifts I was looking for were not there!
I then called the number on TV screen and asked for gifts as described above, only find out that my $300 was not received!
So I donated $300, got registered for the gifts (3), only find out later that I donated twice, according to my MasterCard account!
How can this be ? I’m not inclined to use the website again for donations!

I just started to watch NJ and I just love everything about it especially the Music.
It doesn’t work for people who live in New Jersey
Whatever developer labeled this “PBS NJ” doesn’t use an iPad, doesn’t know the app search engine recommended this, and didn’t bother to test it on an Apple device. Forget this app and use “PBS News” instead.
