No Response from NJPBS about Service Issue
On April 21, 2024, I signed up for live Programming on the NJ PBS App. I made a donation of $10.00 of what I intended to be my participation of a monthly subscription, however, I am not able to receive the live stream as per the photo message below. After sending an email the following day and contacting NJ PBS by phone three or four times with no ability whatsoever to leave a voicemail, I have yet to receive a response to my email, which is extremely unacceptable. There should be a disclosure that if the viewer is not in the appropriate territory, access will not be permitted prior to making a donation and not receiving the expected service!!
