A step backwards
This app is terrible. The old app had support for Apple Wallet and getting a mobile boarding pass was simple. With this new app, all you can get is a PDF ticket that requires printing. Even worse, if there are multiple passengers, the PDF download gives you the first passengers boarding pass, no matter which passenger you click on. An absolutely terrible experience. The old app was a native app and worked very well. This new app recycles the web interface and doesn’t meet the needs of passengers. A mobile app without a mobile boarding pass? Who in management signed this off?
