Disappointing Experience with Nok Air
Dear Nok Air, I am writing this feedback to express my deep disappointment with the experience I had while dealing with your airline. I recently traveled from HYD (Hyderabad) and wanted to share my concerns regarding the service provided at the airport. Firstly, it was frustrating to learn that Nok Air did not have its own dedicated team in Hyderabad. Instead, the airline outsourced the handling of customers to AirIndia crew members. This created confusion and made it difficult to receive proper support and assistance. The AirIndia crew members at the airport seemed disinterested and unhelpful. They appeared lazy and materialistic, showing a lack of concern for the passengers. Their attitude reflected a lack of professionalism and commitment to customer service. Furthermore, I was taken aback by the behavior of your staff members during the check-in process. Instead of offering assistance, they seemed more focused on collecting passport information and getting passengers to sign off quickly, without addressing any concerns or providing the necessary information. As a customer, I expected better treatment and assistance from the airline staff, especially in situations where guidance and support are crucial. The lack of empathy and care displayed by the staff members was disheartening and left a negative impression of Nok Air. I believe that customer satisfaction should be a top priority for any airline, and it is essential to provide a seamless and pleasant travel experience. I hope that Nok Air takes this feedback seriously and takes appropriate measures to improve customer service at all touchpoints. I appreciate the opportunity to share my feedback and hope that it will contribute to the overall enhancement of customer experience within your airline.
