Effectively broken since iOS 16
No longer usable on my 2016 iPad Pro 9.7” as the app loads shifted 1/8th of the screen right, leaving the right hand side of the screen black / useless. Upsetting for such a great high quality service.

screen is cut off and unusable on ios 16 ipad pro
Works okay but I’m using it to stream video in the kitchen when I’m away from the TV and it doesn’t keep the screen alive. Please add an option for this
I can’t make this work. I use nomachine on all my PCs, both Linux and Mac, and it works really great. But this app doesn’t work. I was able to connect to my remote machine and get the screen to display, but I can’t interact with the remote machine in any way. I tried every options for mouse input available and nothing works. I can’t make the make move, can’t click. Can’t do anything. And unfortunately. If I can’t use the app. I can’t give it any stars. Even if the connection does seem to work. Because what’s the point in seeing the screen and not being able to do anything?
I’ve tried out a number of remote access apps over the past few days and I can say this is the worst of them. If you actually get it to work, you will find that the app display allows you to set it to extremely small or full screen size but with the iPhone X notch taking out a chunk of the screen. So it’s either too small or Notch in the way. I couldn’t get anything else to work. And when you’re trying to connect to your computer for the first time and out of no where this app prompts you for “username” and “password” without actually telling you where that comes from....yeh well turns out that’s actually your computers user name and logon password. I hope that information can’t get leaked somewhere!? No other app I’ve tried has done this before. They all get you to create an account with them and login with that for the first time and then from there (once the original connection is sorted) maybe make an in app smaller password for quicker access. This username and password thing had me stumped for ages, and there was simply no explanation anywhere, just a blank page of username and password. And I couldn’t get 3G/4G to connect whatsoever. This is the first app to have that problem. I’ve put in my IP details and it just keeps timing out. Terrible. The display settings thing is just a mess. No matter what I toggled, the screen was really either too small or full screen. There’s heaps of resolution levels but it all just seems to amount to nothing. When I was connected over wifi, this app even felt slower than the others. Avoid this.
Nice app, but doesn't support two factor authentication.
Don’t understand the bad reviews. This works amazingly well. It was a huge step up from using Google Remote Desktop.
Great app! Just two more bugs to fix here. Stage Manager bug - you can’t start NoMachine on the external screen. But you can drag it from the iPad screen to the external screen. The window can be made bigger but not resizing or full screen not possible in stage manager external screen. When this is fixed NoMachine will be perfect. Fixed Magic Keyboard bug - thanks!
This app was absolutely unusable for months after iOS updates. They layout never changed or scaled in portrait and landscape, and all you could see was half the screen at any given time and no controls. A simple thing to make this app useable went unaddressed and emails unanswered for months. Hopefully it’s working, but the lack of support, even when paying, is a total deal breaker. I dumped this a while back and got our systems on something that’s maintained and actually addresses issues in a timely manner.
Needs support for Magic Keyboard. I’m ok with there not being true 1:1 pixel resolution on a remote connection. Nomachine does a good job making the scaling usable. But when connected to my Linux remote, on an iPad Pro (m1) the magic keyboard does not register at all. The trackpad works, including scroll, but no key presses are registered. This is too bad, because this is an otherwise great remote access system. We would consider an Enterprise subscription for work if this was resolved. Being able to get our coders on a Linux desktop from anywhere with no hardware requirement (the app runs on nearly anything) is a great selling point, but this app needs updating.
