Love this game but lately there have been glitches.
I love this game and have played for years. For the past couple of months I have had trouble opening games and have to shut down the app. As a consequence there are now games I cannot play. I contacted support a couple of times and to date have still not had a response. I am a VIP user but not important enough to get a response.
Fun when it works
I’ve been a daily player for years, and have purchased a few packs as well. Very rarely there has been a glitchy game that has been impossible to complete, but I’ve continued playing… until now. Since the most recent update, I can collect the daily coins, but I can’t get any of the games to load. I’ve even upgraded my phone to a new one in recent days and it has the same problem. Very disappointing as I can’t load packs I’ve paid for. I have tried contacting their support, but I’ve not had a response. Today when I opened it to collect coins they had a pop up asking for reviews to help boost their sales. So I’ve updated my review (down from 3 to 1 stars) as I still can’t actually load any screens aside from the first one to collect daily coins, and can’t get a response to a support email despite having paid for no ads and some packs.

Great game, would be a 5* review if it could be played in landscape mode!
Really good! Before it stopped working
The game was so fun! I really enjoyed playing it until the game stopped loading levels. I’ve tried updating and restarting but I can’t get it to work. I really miss playing the game so hopefully they’ll be able to fix this
I’ve had this game for years!!
One of the most consistent games that I have kept on my phone. Every pack increases in difficulty so the pay off comes regularly, then starts back down at a lower level to keep you engaged. Puzzles are never really ridiculously difficult, and if there are they have ways to get around it. Honestly I love this game so so much

I’ve lost access to 70+ levels, sent two emails and have been ignored.
My favourite game
I do love this game, I play it daily and subscribed. I’d love it if I could rotate it. And I miss the bronze silver and gold daily challenge medals! I’ve been playing this for years now and never tire of it! I highly recommend.
