Good but lacks support
I really enjoyed this game and paid for the lifetime vip but it’s impossible to sync my data to my new iPad and support doesn’t get back to you so just beware before spending money

Love the game but…
I literally play this game every night but my issue is that it always gets stuck loading a particular level and there’s no choice but to delete and re-install the app and have to start from ground zero again! I’ve had to do this twice now and it’s annoying. I want to be able to advance higher but I keep just repeating the same levels because there’s some glitch and it won’t download the next set of levels for me. 😭
Date download and levels
If you don’t use the app for a couple months the levels won’t load and you can’t continue. And if you redownload the app you can’t access your old account via iCloud log in.
Levels unloading
I wish i could give a better rating, but i still cant do your levels, I try to click on your levels, but its loading for so long, and it doesnt stop loading, so i can never play the new levels, please fix that!

Worse support in the world. I have been playing this game daily for over 5 years. I paid $39.99 for the VIP membership. It was the only game I played. About a year ago it stopped working I emailed support to help they did nothing for 3 THREE MONTHS. Finally fixed it. Suddenly 15 days ago my VIP MEMBERSHIP was disconnected. I can no longer play any of the extra packs. I have contacted them daily for 15 days. Not a word from support. They are ghosting me. I paid for SOMETHING I am not getting. DO NOT BUY THIS GAME. DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME. DO NOT PLAY OR BUY ANY OF THIS COMPANIES GAMES. THE ULTIMATE WORSE SUPPORT I HAVE EVER SEEN. THEY TAKE YOIR MONEY AND YOU DON’T EXIST TO THEM. DO NOT BUY OR PLAY ANY OF THEIR GAMES
