it’s okay
the app does have its pros, but the main thing i notice is the severe amount of lag, glitches and crashing. every time i open the app, it crashes multiple times, lags excessively and glitches an extreme amount. i miss notifications, chats, offers etc bc of this and it massively affects the experience of using the app. please fix this!!
Great concept / lots of bugs
The app is great but the bugs ruin it, for example after some time being on it, the page goes blank and nothing fixes it so I have to refresh the entire app, this looks like it was reported 2 years ago and is still ongoing. The messaging system seems to duplicate itself and also appears to be a bit buggy. These are the bugs I can think of off the top of my head but I know there are more. That being said the app & concept is great, just needs fixing.

It’s a great concept to have people help each other through this app but it doesn't work. The chat box disappears all the time, I have to open and close the app constantly for it to be even slightly usable. Please fix this.
