Nordea ID app provides an easy and secure way to authenticate your identity.
With the app you can do your banking regardless of time and place. Begin by installing the app on your mobile device and go through the activation process. You shouldn’t rely on just one copy of the Nordea ID app. If your phone or tablet breaks down or gets lost, you will also lose the Nordea ID app and you will need to go through the activation process again. To avoid this, we recommend that you install the Nordea ID app on more than one mobile device.
With the Nordea ID app you can:
- log in to Nordea services and confirm actions
- confirm online payments in a secure way
- as a personal customer identify yourself in other service providers’ services (only in Finland and Norway)
- identify yourself when calling Nordea Customer Service. (only in Finland and Norway)
The app can’t be used on rooted mobile devices for security reasons.

Passord ikke endres med endring av passord på nettbanken
Don’t get a new phone because activating bankid on a new phone will be a nightmare!

Bare rot med appen ingen sikkerhet, farlig å bruke, alt for mye informasjon som lekker, rett og slett en meget dårlig løsning!!!

Utrolig og unødvendig komplisert å flytte til ny mobil

Sikkerhet er bra, men dette er bare tungvint og vanskelig.
Får ikke logget inn
Får ikke logget inn selvom jeg bruker bank ID, engangspassordet funker ikke selvom det er skrevet riktig og da får jeg ikke aktivert appen som Nordea sier jeg må bruke fordi bankID på mobil skal vekk
Overføre til ny telefon
På den nye telefon, iPhone 15 fra iPhone 11 . Ny telefon sier aktiver på en annen enhet og når jeg har laget en qr kode på eldre enhet skal jeg scanne den på ny enhet . Ser enkelt ut men er ingen valg for å lage qr kode… hva skal jeg da gjøre ?
