Feels like a old app , not a lot of features, Not a fan of north West Bank either,
Horrible System!!
This has been THE hardest system to navigate for my car loan. I do not receive paper bills and I do not receive electronic bills. The only thing I get is that a statement is ready. There is no due date or statement attached to that. And then all of a sudden I get late payment notices. AND I just got a late payment notice for an 11/14/24 bill, when I paid 2 months worth on 12/11/24. Please make your system more user friendly so my credit quits tanking!!!! Sooooo frustrating!!!!!

I have been using the Northwest mobile app for years to deposit checks and pay all my bills. I am no longer able to pay bills through the app. This is very inconvenient,
Great Bank-Bad App
I love the bank, been going to it for almost 40 years. I use another bank and quite a few different credit card apps. The Northwest app is obviously done by a cut rate firm. It is continually crashing. It is not easy to navigate all the time their security Procedures where you have to change. Your password frequently is extremely annoying. The service of the bank is second to none. I wish their app was the same.

This bank has great customer service and support and they treat you like family truly amazing on broadway in Lorain Ohio
