Really good app for banking. It’s never let me down and you can access everything you need in the click of a button.

It’s hard to make a payment for a car loan

Very difficult to get history of account. It's not user-friendly.

Not trying to be critical just honest, but this app always doesn’t work very slow and poor interface. Majority of the time is says connection error even though I have 4 bars of 5G.

The app rarely works, the account totals are unavailable a lot.

Very upset the you guys closed down in my town. It was the only bank we had. It is very inconvenient now to go to another town to bank. I will be switching banks soon.

I have m&t banking & USAA banking & navy federal and Nortwest is by far the worst online banking service I’ve ever dealt with. I’m getting ready to close all my accounts!

This app is the main reason I would leave Northwest. I’m constantly having to reconfigure my facial recognition because it just stops working. I get errors almost daily where I can’t see my balances. I always make sure I’m using the latest software versions and it’s still just awful.
