Disconnects wifi every time I try to connect with “any wifi or Cellular data” & “Any Wi-Fi”Works okay with “Never” & “Unsecured Wi-Fi” Latest update today hasn’t helped.
Slows everything down

Continually dis-connects, un-installs its VPN configuration
Review Update Sun 28 Sep 2025 : Norton VPN + Norton 360 Secure VPN identical review both have same issues Both installed, iPhone 16 Pro Max, also iPhone 12 Pro Max, always latest iOS + latest version Norton Apps. 16 Pro Max Wi-Fi hotspot > 12 Pro Max double hop due higher cell-data plan in 16 Pro Max Both Norton VPN Apps were somewhat functional until some months ago when both Norton VPN Apps, became utterly dysfunctional — through numerous iOS updates, + Apps updates — continually failing, VPN-connection dropping out + VPN configuration suddenly uninstalled requiring continual re-installation – very frequently e.g. several times during iOS 26•0 update, Norton VPN fail, un-install VPN configuration spontaneously, need repeated re-install several times, during iOS 26•0 update. Totally non-functional. Completely unusable unless thoroughly fixed by Gen Digital Inc. Also required to default to superior separate Norton VPN + fail-safe fall-back, to Norton 360 VPN, – ONLY if separate superior Norton VPN fails to connect, then auto re-connect to separate Norton VPN – as soon as it can re-connect. Unless, until — these issues are fixed by Gen Digital Inc, both Norton VPN Apps, essentially unusable, for any purpose. Development teams need to — constantly monitor, Apps functionalities, hot-spot mode with host + client iPhone both running Norton VPN — throughout, all : Norton VPN updates, + iOS updates. Previous Review, of similar issues : DEFECTIVE App, countlessly, continually, randomly, suddenly, without warning, notification, "signs out", entirely removes its VPN configuration from device; user must continually: • constantly manually check, if VPN is on, or not; • (re) "sign in"; • (re) install VPN configuration; and • (re) turn-on VPN, (for many months, via many App update versions). Unless, until, Norton fix such unreliable malfunction, seems best not to pay premium cost, for Norton to inflict such countless, continual aggravation, on its paying customer users.

I enjoy having the security .. peace of mind and knowing that I’m as secure as I can be. Before I had Norton , I was hacked .. not pleasant .. since I have been with Norton I have felt secure.

Since your last update you are constantly keep cutting my internet wifi and/or 5G internet connection on I phone even turning off vpn or click on unsecured wifi only option still having the same issue. What happened?
