Shockingly bad service
VPN stopped working following an update and despite being in contact with the Norton support team, no joy. I was advised to send error reports which their engineers do not receive. I was then advised to wait for the next update which never came through. Every time I contact them, I am advised that senior team will call you within 48 hours but I have only spoken to them twice in a whole month. Poor service and unhelpful customer service. Best get Nord VPN!!!
Bugs
Ok so up until the last few days i have had no problems with this app, but lately it’s been switching itself off. Can someone please explain this it’s driving me nuts…
Keeps going off
Although this product is good over all I find it goes off at times and I don’t realise as I’m not on my phone 24/7. I travel a lot and want it to be reliable I’m checking before I go out etc.
Loss of connectivity.
It gets worse! Previously App would ‘fail safe’ and disconnect randomly but would also disconnect from network; now it still disconnects randomly…. but device remains on insecure WiFi networks since the most recent update.
New update has rendered this app useless
Terrible terrible update! Sick of developers trying to fix what’s not broken and then making it worse. Sort it out!!!
Ignores sub cancellation
Keep on canceling and it reactivated regardless!

Scammed
I had 2 months remaining of my subscription, the app logged me out and claimed it was inactive. I then paid for another year and deleted and redownloaded the app, still inactive. Tried to log in via my username and details and it redirects me to the same screen. Help support on the website is garbage. I want my money back.
