Waiting refund for ages

I am still waiting my money back from Norwegian fly cancellation .... despite that ....I am still thrusting Norwegian and purchasing now a new ticket... I hope that I will not regret it

Lingua italiana

Credo che una compagnia internazionale come Norvegian dovrebbe avere la propria applicazione anche in lingua italiana. Attendiamo fiduciosi.

Not working anymore

Unluckily with my IPhone XS after last version 13.2.3 of IOS it’s not working anymore. It’s a pity, it used to be a great app. I hope they will fix it soon.

L’app ha dei bug. Cliccando su check-in si chiude. Ho dovuto riavviare più volte. Non sono riuscito a prendere i posti reserved perché va in loop e non procede

In the flexPlus ticket is included a bag for 20 kgs or not .. and we have the impression that they want us to buy for an extra one
