Please learn the meaning of customer service
We literally tried to connect with a notary for about 20times. 15 times we waited for 1 hour + then gave up 3 times we connected to them then they hang up 1 time they said bank statement is not an eligible address proof The last time we tried tax letter- still not good For address proof they are asking very US based document which do not event existed in other countries. Such as A lease, mortgage, or deed of trust Voter or vehicle registration card Home or vehicle insurance policy Form I-94, Arrival and Departure Record Maybe they do not serve non US based client - and I hope the justify it. Another pain is that every time I tried to connect to a notary I need to upload all documents again. The customer service is not helpful at all- I don't think I would explain here further. If I'm an investor of this startup I would be crying now. (good luck for those who had invested this startup)
