Need for improvement

Brilliant idea but very cumbersome to work. Took about ten separate attempts to get a document notarized. System not good at recognizing foreign IDs such as passports. Misleading information - was told by one notary that only notaries in Florida could validate using passports.

You need to live in the US to use this

Instead of needlessly inconveniencing people they should make clear that to use this service you need to have a US social security number and an address in the US. Total waste of time otherwise

The worst notary service ever!!!!

The woman took 2 hours to notarize closing documents for the sale of our house. She was slow, had no clue what she was doing and showed us attitude because we were and I quote “ making me work today”..... she was upset with us and said we’ve taken her time. She has an important phone call and she’s missing it because of us!!!!!!! AWFUL

Fantastic service. Easy to use. Very professional.

A Waste of time.

After spending time going through their entire registration process, including ID documents, right at the end they ask for (and will not continue without) a SS number. As I am British and live in the UK I do not have one, and they won’t process without. So it’s only for US citizens with SS numbers (or illegals with an SS?) which doesn’t make sense, since when I’m in the US I can get documents Notarized for free at many places. So what’s the point of this “service”??
