I was using an app similar to this, But switched this one just works great. And I like you can customise it to being Simple and clean if you like! I honestly use it like 50 times a day, Part of my work flow.

Update 9/2023: This app is a huge part of my business and personal life. I use it all the time for sending quick to-dos, reminders and notes. It is always reliable and super easy to use. I thought it was time to update my review since I’ve been using this app for many, many years. I use this app dozens of times a day. It’s a must-have. It’s simple and works quickly, and supports multiple email destinations with a long press of the “send” button.

If you want a button you can click on your phone to quickly send yourself a note to your email, quickly and with no fuss, this is it. There are competitors but this is a great free app that beats some of the paid ones!
