I have tried many to do apps and in the long term, they don’t work. The problem is you do not look at them at the right time. My mail box I check very frequently and any action item in there I mark with a red flag. I also set up Outlook to mark mails from this app automatically. It just works.

Ideaal om even snel een notitie naar jezelf te sturen. Vooral handig om even die ene website te bewaren om later verder te lezen.

Inmiddels voor mij een onmisbare tool voor mijn werk! Erg tevreden over!

Werkt perfect met 2Do. Notes komen automatisch via de mailbox in de inbox van 2Do. De eerste regel als taak, de rest als omschrijving. Voor mij de centrale plaats om snel taken toe te voegen en via de GTD methodologie te verwerken.

Heerlijke app dat ik gebruik voor notities (ik noem het brain dumps). Taken die ik met ifttt en Zapier automatisch een datum kan geven en naar mijn Trello! De maker luistert actief naar mijn vragen en voorstellen en heeft deze regelmatig in nieuwe updates gezet. Op dit moment ben ik voor hem de app aan het vertalen dus dat komt er ook aan!

I never use the notes app because the notes get so spread out. This brings everything together in my main mailbox. Awesome idea!
