Love this app, been using it for 5 years+. I have gone mostly paperless and use this across all aspects of my life: work, study, family, personal etc. And I have to emphasis that they keep improving with better functions and whenever I have encountered problem, their customer service are always helpful.

After updating the app, ALL my files have disappeared. The files should be still within the app as shown by storage settings but there’s no way I can access them. I am also able to view the presence of these files through iTunes file sharing function but an error prevents me from copying these files. I have reached out to noteshelf through email and they are VERY UNHELPFUL, and show poor service BY IGNORING MY EMAILS. A previous review has also had the same problem where someone updated the app and lost all files. Noteshelf team really needs to work on this problem instead of saying ‘there’s no other way unless you backed up to iCloud’. This is a huge issue and I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED. I strongly recommend everyone to not use this app anymore as they do not guarantee the storage of your data and files so please switch to other note-taking apps ASAP.

I use ipad air4. It always lag when I am zooming in to write the notes. I have to close the app and reopen again. I love the functions but it frustrated me with this bugs, please fix it

I have been using Noteshelf since purchased in 2012. When you upgraded your app, I might not have migrated my old files in the red icon to this new version. I cannot find my files anymore. Can you help?

Although multiple pens are provided, the handwriting experience is awful. There’s an obvious delay (which doesn’t happen to other handwriting apps) and it doesn’t look like my handwriting. Honestly I wish I could cancel the purchase and get a refund if this is possible. The app is drastically overpriced.

This app is great at note taking, but sometimes the app will not response to the controls and zooming inside a notebook is sometime laggy
