Noteshelf 2

I love the Noteshelf 2 and have not had any problems before but with the new one it will not show on my iPhone I’ve even manually backed it up on iCloud but all my appointments will not show on my phone which is important Very frustrating I did send an email to Andrew but have not gotten a reply

Love this app. One of my top 5 favorites. Use it for all my notes. Been using for a few years and the support and improvements have been great. Back before purchase, I had reviewed all competitors and found Noteshelf best met my note-taking needs. I haven’t reviewed recent competitors but have no need to move to another product.

This app is the best thing I have to coordinate my businesses and all the data I need, all at a really quick find. Super easy to set up and manage your folders. And the ability to manipulate documents once in the program is super clutch.

Noteshelf 2 & 3 both have some good features. I have used Noteshelf 2 for 9 hours a day for 4-5 years as a student, so I can appreciate what they have done here. Unfortunately, the inability to truly nest folders (within folders) limits Noteshelf’s organization potential a lot. Additionally, after accumulating many notes over the years Noteshelf takes a very long time to open, despite offloading many of my files to the cloud when not in use. These two things are enough for me to look for other options. I think goodnotes has a far superior way of organizing files. Noteshelf should do the same and it would go a long way.

Certain features have stopped working. I can no longer copy pages of one notebook to another.

I rely on this daily for my workflow. I’m in the construction business and I go out on site and I Measure and designed custom kitchens based on plans contractors provide me. This app has been an essential part of my workflow and it’s just been amazing too use. I wish there were a few more things that could do in terms of drawing capability, but other than that, it allows me to import documents, attach photos and then easily share everything. Thank you.

The app won’t let me delete multiple slides like before, please fix this.

Love Noteshelf 2, been using it for many years now. I’m an interior designer and it’s perfect to categorize all of my remodel clients!! I just upgraded to 3 and I don’t think it is as user friendly. Please tell me you will never get rid of NS 2 because I just can’t see changing all my client design folders over to the 3 version!!

As Noteshelf has “improved,” it’s functionality has turned to garbage. I’m sooooo glad I kept my copy of Noteshelf Version 1, that’s right, ONE as well as all of my notebooks on it. It’s far better than the “improvements” made. It’s unfortunate that a near-perfect app has turned into a wasteland. An example, add a photo to a page in NS ver. 1 takes 2 steps. In the new and improved takes at least 5 with constant roaming and tapping. Infuriating.

I have been using this app for the last 4 years and truly love it. It contains all my clients’ files. I bought a second Apple iPad for my assistant to work on the same files and share with me. Unfortunately, it is impossible to share. I am disappointed. I am still in full control of the files while I could use the much needed help. Let me know if there is a way to share without having someone else having access to my cloud personal files.
