Upgraded to pro with no access to pro features
I upgraded to pro and was billed accordingly. Yet the app does not recognise my pro subscription and gives me NO access to pro features. No response from customer support. Waste of money, don’t bother.

Best transcription app!
I have been conducting research in which I had to interview participants. This app made transcribing them a lot simpler. I found the transcriptions to be 99% accurate which honestly just made me life so much simpler. I tried a few different apps and this one was definitely the best! Recommend 100%!
Not fab
Has trouble recognising commonly used words

3-trial is a scam
I wanted to try Notta and put in my credit card details that were required for a 3-day trial. I have been charged almost 100 dollars for a whole year because the company says I haven’t signed up for the trial. 1) I definitely have, I would never subscribe to anything without trying it, not even for a month, let alone a year. 2) I’m not happy with the product as the transcript in Polish is very poor quality and unusable. Therefore I wanted to cancel the subscription and did so within 8h but the company says I subscribed in some different place of the website that doesn’t qualify for the free trial. First of all, why is the trial not offered to everybody? My guest is because they know their product is poor and are getting customers by tricking them into unwanted subscription. Not recommended at all. Save your money.
