Not loading the content
Terrible app! Gets stuck and can’t check anything on it
Notifications broke… again
Every other month or every 2-3 months the notifications just brake. Just like that the app won’t send notifications when you make a payment or even you receive money or when money taken out of your account. On the clock. Every 2 months. This would be a 5 star app for me if not for the notifications breaking.
Terrible
The in app chat with support is absolutely horrible. It keeps disconnecting you and the agents are not really helpful. Another issue I had was with Express payments. I send some money with the inconspicuous looking toggle express payment. Only to find out the fee is 100CZK which was not mentioned anywhere before I made the actual payment.

Usor de utilizat , in opinia mea cred ca o îmbunătățire se poate aduce la plata in avans a ratelor bancare , era o opțiune din aplicație dar a dispărut , si cea cu pastrarea ratei si reducerea perioadei era disponibil doar in agenție , Cred ca a-ți putea îmbunătăți acest site sa putem face asta online ! Multumesc!

Da am IOS mai mic de 13 nu pot utilizza applicatia :( Nu pot accesa contul și face careva operațiuni!
Aplicatia nu mai functioneaza pe versiunile se ios sub 13
A functionat perfect pana acum, cand este obligatoriu sa ai versiune ios peste 13. Am iPhone 6 si este imposibil pentru ca ultima versiune este 12.5.5
