Incerc de ceva timp sa imi activez aplicatia pe telefon si nu reusesc. Nu imi incarca poza de la documentul de identitate. Mereu dupa ce fac poza, se blureaza poza. De numarul de telefon de la sucursala mea ce sa mai zic, am incercat sa sun de n ori sa rezolv o problema si imi spune ca numarul este nerecunoscut!

When I make online payments and I need to approved them in the app IT CRASHES. Please solve the bugs.
Suddenly stopped working; after several visits in branches and few phone calls the problem is still there-they said it’s something technical and they weren’t able to fix it! The worst thing is that you can’t login online either because it’s connected with the app.
The app requires a registration similar to Revolut or such banks but it’s stupid because in BRD case you actually visit a branch and sign a contract. While registering, it stops at some point saying my phone number and CNP is incorrect while I can clearly see it is. It ask me to call. And I am still waiting for someone to answer…
Posibil sa fie “vina” celor de la DIGI, dar aplicatia nu merge cand sunt conectat pe WiFi…cu date mobile e ok Este vreun port anume utilizat care trebuie sa fie deschis de cei de la Digi?
De ce in UK este totul mult mai simplu, la TSB bank din uk am internet banking foarte simplu si sigur, pot sa ma loghez din web browser de pe laptop sau telefon, sau daca vreau imi pot descarca aplicatie pe telefon... in romania la brd poti doar prin aplicatie, pe care nu reusesc sa ma inregistrez, iar daca vreau sa imi accesez contul de pe laptop sau pc - nu se poate :)))
Dupa ce am adaugatun review care vad ca -a aparut, la ultimul update a disparut butonul de adaugare beneficiar… Nu inteleg cine face updateurile astea in halul asta… ati bagat buon de oferte si a disparut butonul de beneficiariar acum nu mai poti adauga beneficiari… Mai oameni buni, ati baut gaz?
