Now Mobile allows pre-hires, new hires, and employees to find answers and get stuff done across IT, HR, Facilities, Finance, Legal and other departments, all from a modern mobile app powered by the Now Platform®.
Examples of things you can do in the app:
• IT: Request a laptop or a reset password
• Facilities: Set up a new workspace or book a conference room
• Finance: Request a corporate credit card
• Legal: Have a new vendor sign an NDA or a new hire sign an onboarding document
• HR: Create or update a profile or check the vacation policy

Manca la gestione degli incident
È possibile in qualche modo visualizzare in app gli incident che sono stati aperti nelle proprie code? Dall’app fa vedere solo quelli aperti dall’utente ma non i ticket da gestire

Questa APP è instabile. Non funziona e quando cerco di comunicare sul tema appare un messaggio di rivolgermi all’amministratore del sistema… e chi sarebbe??? Devo disinstallarla? Si può capire perché ha funzionato fino all’aggiornamento di IOS17? A chi mi devo rivolgere?

Non è possibile ricercare un ticket tramite numero e non è possibile confermare i ticket risolti
La scelta dell’ordinamento non permane
Applicazione intuitiva e funzionale. L’unica pecca è che l’ordinamento delle prenotazioni scelto non permane. Ad ogni riavvio dell’applicazione viene reimpostato con i valore di default (che poi manco sono tanto chiari su quali siano)
