So I pay my insurance premium and get sent a reminder email that my policy expires in 3 days. No policy documents are available to view online. My bank says I’ve paid though. Waited 2 days - still the app doesn’t recognise I’ve paid

Tried online rubbish phone bigger rubbish , get your act together !!!!
Downloaded this app and it fails at the login stage, redirecting itself and loading indefinitely. Do not download.
It would help if payment options included AMEX and PayPal.
There is nothing that annoys me more in an app than opening said app and being forced to update it there and then.
I have now tried twice to get a quote online and after entering all my details including emails etc. The APP just bombs out and loses everything. It appears to happen when my IPad is in landscape and the keyboard comes up - I try and type something in or scroll up and “puff” it all goes. Frustrating. I am running a 6th Gen IPad and iOS 17.4.1
No cancellation options on app??
My app has failed to open for 6-7 days. I have tried to log in, re-install the app but there is a glitch that needs to be rectified. I had wanted pay my renewal and make changes to my policy but cannot get in. I’ve contacted by telephone they tell they cannot access my account either. So what is going on?
If my credit card starts declining payments, there’s a good chance it needs to be updated for future payments. Of course, I’m not even aware that there’s been a decline until days later when I get a dishonour letter (something before the due date might have been nice so my credit score isn’t affected), so I immediately log in and fix the problem, pay the outstanding balance. The following month the same thing?? Why not at the very least least give me a message that I ALSO need to update my card details separately (I.e. enter my card details twice). I also got a very confusing message when I did go in to update the card details (so this doesn’t happen a third time) saying by updating my payment they have to change the name on my account (from my name, to who knows what, it didn’t say, but probably also my name).
I updated the payment plan date to be paid earlier but your system didn't respond properly which is wasting my time
