Terrible.
I thought Trenitalia had the worst app for trains worldwide before trying NS. Now you have won the prize. It’s impossible to log in with my account.
it is a mess
not even one time schedule shown in the app is consistent with the ones in the train stations. it sucks
Why not 100% in English?

Bad without possibility of Credit card....
