Buys wring tickets itself and than no refunds given. Monopoly created here as you have no other options. Very bad customer service. Most app is not in English so you can’t report the dirty seats or other issues it has

I’m not able to log in to my user profile that I have created.
As an tourist
I would love the warnings aswell was displayed in english. The most of the app is in english but not all. If there is no issues all work fine for planing with.
Notifications
You have to click the Save button to get notifications about cancelled and delayed trains!!! This does not require an account. It is very very unintuitive. The app is loaded with features that are very useful but they are almost impossible to find unless you really dig into it and explore. It's a shame that the developers haven't found a way to make it more clear.
