- balances for each of your NS&I accounts

To get started you’ll need:
- an NS&I account, such as Premium Bonds or Direct Saver
- login details for our online and phone service (your NS&I number and password)
The first time you use the app, we’ll take you through a few simple steps to set up access to your NS&I accounts. Then, you’ll be able to log in quickly and securely with Face ID, Touch ID or PIN.

Utterly Pointless
Why bother releasing an app if it doesn’t work? Impossible to get through the sign in process. What’s more ridiculous is this has been the case for over a year! Every time there’s an update I think this might be fixed, but no. Embarrassing.
Useless app
Too much security for an app that doesn’t really do anything

The sign in button is dead. No position accepts input, so you are just stuck trying to sign in.
Zero Functionality
This app is little more than a screenshot of your account and has almost zero functionality. You can’t see full account details or transactions. I can’t download a statement. Compared to other banking apps it’s pretty pointless.
The worst App I have ever used
As I said in the title, this App is the worst one I have ever used. I am stuck in an endless cycle of log ins and security, only for it to crash and start the process again. The furthest I’ve ever got is to glimpse my balances, before it crashes and I need to log back in. The website is mildly better, but very similar.
Poor App
Once again I am unable to log in to the app and no explanation, really poor service .
Not sure why this exists
You can basically view your account - that’s it. You can’t withdraw money and if you log in online despite answering security questions correctly you may find yourself locked out anyway and have to wait for them to reset your password by post! By post! Maybe this is what makes it’s such a secure place to save your money, even account holders struggle to get in. On the plus side it looks nice - it just needs to do more and join the current generation of simple security protocols used by other financial services apps.
