Never had so much difficulty logging into an app. Circular route from password reset, password not recognised, app crashes. Rinse and repeat. How has every other app developer figured out how to allow you to securely log in or change a password and these guys haven’t?!

An error message has appeared since downloading the app three weeks ago. I can’t access my gym’s timetable to book classes. Have emailed online support numerous times and spoken to tech support more than once on the phone and despite promising the issue will be resolved, still no luck.

The “My bookings” tab includes one class I cancelled, and one class where I was on the waitlist but took myself off the list.

Try to log in and doesn’t bring up the keyboard to type. Deleted and reinstalled app, still same issue.

Log in on the app is terrible Just keeps taking me back to website in a loop - even though I have entered the validation code etc Shouldn’t be this hard

Downloaded registered and just sends you around in circles telling you to activate it - pointless app

So, it appears that there is a bit of a disconnect with the Nufflield systems, especially related to linking membership to a gym, and it’s important to be using a consistent email. Their phone support is excellent, no wait time, and issue fixed immediately. Thanks.

The app regularly glitches at 7am when classes open for booking. I sometimes have to reboot or llog in again or just wait a few minutes then find the class is full. Annoying. Others have reported this in reviews and my husband finds the same on his phone app. The app is up to date. Fix it please- no excuses, just get it working

The app won’t open at all. I just get a blank screen.
