nugs.net Subscription Payment and Auto-Renewal Terms

nugs.net offers auto-renewing monthly and annual subscriptions to stream music from the nugs.net catalog.

Two subscription types are available, each with two tiers: monthly (30 days) and annual (365 days). All subscriptions auto-renew.

A nugs.net monthly subscription is $14.99 per month and the yearly subscription is $149.99 per year. A nugs.net HiFi monthly subscription is $24.99 per month and the yearly subscription is $249.99 per year.

All plans begin with a 7 Day free trial.

Payment will be charged to the iTunes Account at the end of your trial period if applicable, otherwise at the time of your purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

Accounts will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the users Account Settings after purchase.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.

Rather good ...but a bit hard on Shipping latest time

I really appreciated Nugs.net services’ quality ! But these latest time it’s been hard to get any information about a “ recent » order concerning Bruce Springsteen’s concert in Wachovia Spectrum, Philadelphia. PA, 10-20 2009 - Working on a dream tour I know it can take more than 15 business days from USA to FRANCE for a CD set shipping. It was ordered in October and I was told by nugs.net that it could take to 45 days due to customs, .... The point is that the order status detail say it was not shipped while the general list of order from the latest to the oldest says it was shipped so I trust them about the communicated date of shipping above but the contradictions between informations is source of confusion ! They still not correct it though I signaled it
