The best workout app
There are lots of detailed workout plans that make me do from the comfort of my home. My favourite part are detailed video tutorials and yoga/stretching routine. Highly recommended!

客服在1小時內會回覆訊息，態度也很親切。本來因個人因素要取消訂閱退款，因為客人人員親切，App教學內容實用，價格也比健身房便宜很多，所以決定買來使用。 平常在家有踩喬山登山訓練機，後來因為單一訓練有點枯燥，想到Nüli app 有私人教練指導動作，可以增強訓練毅力👍🏻

下載也一年了從一開始瘦了將近10公斤到現在看著女力的影片保持運動習慣也愛上運動的感覺，不斷推出不同的挑戰及不同訓練影片！也更想了解更專業的器材訓練！感謝女力！也改變了我讓，我變了更有信心
跟著安排的菜單運動蠻適合初學者的
運動菜單大致都很不錯，只是有時會有音樂或提示音突然消失狀況，食譜部分就還好
