cancelled thé subscription
Tired many times to cancel the subscription during the free trial only to end up getting charged the sum of $177 which is very disappointing. Almost feels like scam.😡😡😡
Wrongly charged after ending my subscription
It is ridiculous how unclear it is to cancel a subscription, I started a 7 day trial and immediately cancelled thinking grea, I don’t have to worry about cancelling later and still have 7 days of use. I did this through the App Store subscriptions function. It said I had cancelled it, and then I get a charge of $177 a couple days later, for a subscription I DIDNT EVEN WANT. Then to sign in to my account and see that I can only cancel if I go through customer support, why is it so hard to just cancel my subscription and not be charged a ridiculous amount?? This is frankly appalling
