Numerade - Homework Help

I created an account, got my subscription done but when I wanted to cancel it there was no option available for that. It caused my card to block, went thru a no. of problems bcz of that.

HELLO RESPECTED READER, Please look into this issue I’m a student and I can’t afford to waste money. My money was cut from account, a transaction was made even though I cancelled my subscription myself. Please this is no way to treat a customer. I want a refund please. I’m expecting a quick reply please. I remember properly I logged it on chrome and cancelled my subscription way before the due date. Please this is no way cutting a customers money without consent. I’m a self financing student hence I can’t afford this loss please do something about it.
