I’m just gonna lay this out - tap functionality should have options to assign skip forward and back. Having to take your phone out to skip ads (podcasts) every time is totally unnecessary. Please. Give us this option.

Poor UX

Met with the same info sheet to fill in my age etc every time I open the app, wondering if it’s something I’m doing wrong? It’s even when I just switch to another app and go back. Bit annoying

Sound quality has moments of really shining but on the whole there are serious product flaws that have left this down. Dodgy app, intermittent connection problems with Bluetooth. Poor battery performance. If you have 500 dollars to spend on headphones, buy a Sennheiser product.

I bought these several months ago and am constantly struggling with the fit so they are never really noise cancelling. Clunky and slow to turn on and off. Oversensitive to touch so that I’m always missing out on tracks. Binning them soon when I can find another product.

Doesn’t work, maybe it’s ios 14.4. Keeps displaying “cannot connect to nura servers”. My friends phone works with iOS 14.3. Same internet connection

Headphones are utterly brilliant, but would be great if the app had some equaliser setting/features. The app now just says ‘cone ring to Nura servers.. deeming headphones non functional.

I cancelled my nuranow membership well over a year ago, maybe even two years, as I found the nuraphones uncomfortable, and suddenly the monthly subscription fees have started up again. I feel like the product and app is a bit gimmicky and doesn’t live up the hype, even more so now that I’m paying for a product I no longer have.

For some reason the app doesn’t detect my headphones even after it’s connected via Bluetooth. Used to work perfectly before the latest update - would love if this could be fixed :)

Amazing sound quality and sound proof but when I need to hear the outside world, all I need to do is press one button
