All that needs to be said. But I guess I should elaborate for those new to Nursa. It’s the most poorly designed app Ive ever regularly tried to use. I say try, because it doesn’t even open now. How does a company let this go on for weeks with all of the negative reviews and lack of workers? Even while up it’s confusing and glitchy at best.

Really like this app.. when it isn’t crashing or Not opening. It seems like every other week I’m deleting and re-downloading so it will open. Also not all facilities are responsive all the time I’m guessing they’re portal is also laggy?

App doesn’t open on my phone anymore. Been having to book my shifts on a laptop.

Never any shifts in my area, cannot update phone number, always freezes & glitches I’ve had to delete and reinstall, saying nursing license is invalid when indeed it is valid. Too many issues I’ve came across that I haven’t with other agency apps. I’ve decided to simply delete my account. Good luck for others out there.

The app is fine when it works, but lately I haven’t been able to open it it because it’s froze. It just keeps trying to load but never opens. I deleted it and re downloaded which worked for a few days but then it started freezing again. Frustrating because I’ve missed out on several days of picking up shifts due to not being able to get in and request shifts.

App no longer shows the pay rate, glitches when opening. The chats section never works!! Always have to download and delete app for it to work

They keep changing the app getting hard to find shifts on your location.

Please take it back to the previous version of the app. The most recent update is highly frustrating to select filters or dates. It is not easy at all
