If I could give this app 0 stars I would. This app never gives you shift within your range. Will give you shifts 100+ miles away. I called and ask them to fix it but they never do, which I know it’s something simple to fix. I’m very confused how they have a 4.7 rating. Lastly, this app will let you know if you get this shift 1 hr or even 30 mins before the shift starts. Simply just outlandishly terrible.

In Modesto Ca side is not working this app

When I first started using this app there were a good number of options for where I’d like to pick up shifts. Now near me, all I see is one for the last few months. They have multiple locations, but it’s literally the only place I refuse to work bc it’s, quite honestly, all the locations are gross and the pay is not worth it. Every now and then I see a good one but the last few shifts I picked up there were cancelled, so why even try?

I hate to be negative but this app has problematic for over a year and it seems to just get worse. Currently I can not even get it open it just keeps showing a white screen with the blue purple waves and I have closed and reopened it about 8 times over the last hour and a half. Two days ago I had requested a shift for a facility I had requested at least ten times to work at. However there is no systematic way to know that you were not “ picked” I tried reaching out to scheduling only to receive the reply the day AFTER the shift. So two days ago I decided to go even though no official confirmation. Well of course they didn’t need me. So fair enough I knew it was a gamble. So I drive back to my town because I was thirty min away. There is the same shift posting AGAIN only this time with a $75 bonus 😳what ???? I was just there I have never worked there before so no reason to not be wanted there. I don’t get it …..it shouldn’t be this difficult ! 😥

i been done made a account on this app.. went to sign in and it freezes and glitches it literally took me through the whole setup process again.. then when i went to put in my certification to begin picking up shifts it says there’s already account with that certification number like do what.. fix this app change it completely make it useable

I wouldn’t recommend relying on this company as a primary source of income. If there’s a glitch in the app that prevents you from confirming your arrival at the facility, even if you clock in through the facility’s system, payment can be significantly delayed. This has happened to me twice, and the prolonged wait for payment can be extremely stressful.

It says they are looking for RRTs but when you signed up, they ask you for your nursing license. Obviously we don’t have nursing license so why are they advertising this to us?

Went through the whole process of signing up and submitting everything. I was excited to start checking and picking up shifts only to find out there is nothing in my area Las Vegas, NV for an RN, only LPN and CNA and one single location over and over. I will probably end up deleting app, wasted my time on submitting everything for absolutely nothing. Nice 👍🏼
