Great initiative
The app worked really well during our Umrah visit in December 2024. It would be great if the visa information can be included in the app.
Very frustrating
I dont have any problem with APP itself. But for the Rawda permit, this App is absolutely frustrating. You cant get the booking as the calendar is un clickable. Also if you have a child with no phone or an elderly parent, they cant go and visit Rawda as they cant issue their NuSuk permit😡 this is soo frustrating and unfair. Then someone told us that bookings open only on Fridays… like how would anyone know this without being told. This is so depressing that you travel from far away place to visit Rawda but couldnt get bokings…

Application is ineffective to users
Mobile Application is ineffective and useless to users. Imagine someone who paid a lot of money to visit the holy places and because an app is not working (plus facing guards and security personal that are rude and with limited abilities to communicate) what kind of experience does the Saudi Government want to leave. They don’t care.
0 navigation
There is no navigation on ios 18. Cant log out. Cant change my language. No option in app. Deleted and reinstalled and went straight in arabic mode and cant logout or change language or user
My app is different to others
I’m legit not getting certain functions like deleting my account and I can’t change the language
