NYC School Bus

This app serves ABSOLUTELY NO PURPOSE. It doesn’t display where the bus is. It only displays where they should be picked up from your home address. The drive also can turn the tracker on and off. NYC AND DOE NEEDS TO ADDRESS AND FIX THIS ISSUE

Every single time I have tried to sign on, it keeps showing a “something went wrong” notification. It’s happened before so this isn’t new. I know some of my friends also use this app and they’ve had the same issue for a long time as well. I love the reasoning for this app. I can always check if my kids arrived at school on time, when it works of course. We need an update!

This app is completely unusable. Not a single feature in it works. Not even the customer support feature.

Would be amazing if it works.

This APP does not work. I keep getting an error message informing me that something went wrong.

The app hasn’t worked since the downloaded it. Every time I log in the “sorry something went wrong” message pops up. They really need to fix this app

I’ve never been able to get past the login page.

Whenever I log on it takes long to load up the location on the bus,sometimes it doesn’t even load. I have to login twice sometimes I have to cancel the app to then see if I can log back in.I would give it no star if it even gave me the choice.

The app is being used by most parents to check bus in the morning and afternoon. This school year, the app is getting worse. We have to login, remove app, add app again, and still could not log in. Please kindly improve the bus app as it is very important for parents to keep track of their kids. Thank you!!

This thing works less than half the time. And when it does, it’s not accurate. Considering lots of kids rely on the bus it has to get better.
