Can’t give a review I’m frustrated with a given order and yet not delivered since long. Very very poor customer service. Worst experience to buy online. I hope, Myntra,Flipkart,Amazon is a way more better! Hate hate it this app along with customer support.

Product still not dispatched …pathetic

Overall this app is not good so don’t buy any products

This is not regarding app but review about the amount of harassment done by company for returning things which they have sent wrongly ( wrong order ) . To return a product sent wrongly due to company’s fault they took around several emails , many return requests , many failed pick ups because the color of the ordered product was not matching with the picture shown . ( it could never match as the product color sent was different from picture ) . 6-7 customer care calls were done , out of which 2 calls were 54 mins and more than half hour long because I got fed up so much and asked them to connect to higher authorities, they said they will call back , which I knew they will never call , so I insisted on waiting on call till someone from higher level comes on call and resolves the issue . Then after so long they assured for a manual pick up . Pick up was done but no call came , no message came , no intimation on email also on which they noted and verified while I was on call with higher manager . After around 7 days we again called customer care , after so much frustration finally they noted my upi via mail , finally accepted that pick was done manually , then refund was initiated . And refund came finally . But one need to fight very long for own many and company’s mistake . I strongly recommend to boycott such non sense companies who are just minting money from people . So many people don’t bother and don’t have time to fight for refunds and returning of products . I could not do this due to time issue , so I asked my wife to do it and just not leave them till they give you the refund . Women power and patience helped . BOYCOTT NYKAA

Worst app ever. They don’t deliver my actual product instead of that they delivered me a single sandal and there customer care service are very unsupportive they are not giving my refund or my actual product. T

Worst application i ever seen i have ordered rebook shoes and i got different brand used one raised the return after 2 days they simple rejected and with out notification i am all not seen that now its not showing return option worst app

This app is not reliable because it does not deliver the products on time

Always showing some other date while ordering and once ordered you guys deliver it late like why to scam 😂😂

Recently my order was delayed and than it was cancelled by their own without any permission moreover not getting orders earlier.Disappointed

Very poor customer service , no follow up , frankly even doubt the authenticity of the brands available, no one to take responsibility. Please buy at your own risk especially if there is any chance of returning the product . Shadowfox delivery partner is only name sake there is no number that works for them . All numbers are out of reach or doesnot exist , they update wrong status .
