Very useful for tracking and managing parcels
I use the app to track items I have purchased online. I logged in with the account I had previously made on the NZ Post web site. I have had no issues with it whatsoever. I was weary about downloading the app based on the negative reviews. However, those reviews must refer to an older version.
Useless. Waiting 3 days longer than stated when ordered. Today when it was supposed to be delivered I waited at home all morning only to get a notification saying the courier had already been. No sign of them, no knock, nothing. Use. Less.
They can’t even link their own emails to the app 😂 they send me a tracking number via email… I can’t copy it, I have to write the whole number into the app, then it might track if lucky. It also won’t support most other post companies. Thus if purchasing products out of New Zealand you cannot track. Considering NZ is a rip off and prices are inflated 500-5000% most of the products we purchase are from other countries. Thus the app is worthless.
Constantly having to sign in … cr_p interface
I get the feeling NZ post paid to have an app built and released - which looked shiny and new - but had no intention or resource to maintain long term. The parcel tracking feature - which you’d expect to be a core functionality - just doesn’t work. Have revisited this app every few months and have the same results. iPhone 14 user, latest iOS, latest app version.
Keeps saying wrong password has made me change passwords 4 times so far and is making me have to do again so im neva getting to track any of my mail.
This app is great when you are logged in and can track parcels/edit delivery details. However, it CONSTANTLY signs you out. It used to sign me out if I didn’t use it for a long time, which made sense, but now I’ll log in one day and be asked to log in again the next. I may as well just use the normal website. Apps are meant to be convenient.
No tracking updates, not accountability, no way to find out here items have gone or where they are at. Item collected from Australia a week ago, no updates. Then NZPost just reissue the pickle update and still no updates or tracking. Third world service from third rate company
