The App keeps blocking me from accessing my tickets purchased on Ticketmaster…. Annoying!!

I know face the prospect of turning up in Brixton and not knowing if I can get in, I am logged into Ticketmaster, only one device, can see my tickets, but this app won’t let me log in: “Your Browsing Activity Has Been Paused We've detected unusual behaviour on either your network or your browser. To resolve this: Sign in to your account if you haven’t already on one device only Change your Wi-Fi or mobile network Switch devices or move to a different location if possible” What does that mean?

Booked tickets through Gigs and Tours, downloaded app as requested and purchase not showing. Very poor operation indeed. Avoid and use Ticketmaster.

It didn’t show my tickets and contacting anyone is a brick wall

It asks you to sign in - but doesn’t give you a keyboard to sign in on.

Most ridiculous, unnecessary app - I would prefer my tickets to stay on the ticketing platforms I bloody buy from!!!! Half an hour of logging in and useless codes 🙃

Rubbish app

I can’t access my tickets. It keeps trying to send me to Ticketmaster even though I didn’t purchase them through Ticketmaster.

Terrible functionality mismatch to online, unfortunately I cannot avoid it as no downloading into a wallet, my online account shows tickets but app not :>(
