Such pathetic service. They don't deliver water on time although you made payment on time. They dont give you refund even. M calling since three weeks but they are not coming to pick their bottles and refund security. I spend more than my security. Donot waste your time on this service. There are much better services.
Experience off app is so bad. If you able to order they will deliver the water in 24 hours except Sundays. Issue is able to make an successful order from app. Don’t use it order from somewhere else
I ordered water 12 days before,still i am waiting.very bad service.they will give only promises,no action.

Application not working and useless
Absolutely rubbish. Takes ages to load and it simply doesn’t work. After 3 failed attempts to login I used the Guest option. Don’t get me started on the checkout page. Disaster. Just go back to the app, correct all the bugs or start again from scratch
