As described, very friendly user app unlike other apps

App doesn’t work it freezes and won’t allow log in

It’s not worth to give one star even. After installation, within a minute app advised me to update. In fact there is no update available. Unable to login nor topup my wallet.

If I could give zero stars I would. The app is completely useless. It constantly times out and shows the busy icon when doing nothing. On my iPhone 11 Pro after it times out, it then logs you out and just shows the spinning wheel over the "Login" "Register" screen so you have to then uninstall and then reinstall the app to login again only to time out again and the cycle repeates. Stay away!

Why do these companies force us to download their apps that don’t even work? Or are they installing malware onto our phones.

This app is a waste of time and money and should be removed from the App Store. Will accept your credit card payment but will not update or reflect your balance. Moreover company personnel will keep chasing you asking for payment you have already made. Rather than researching their own accounting system or updating this app; they waste customer’s time in tracking payment transactions.

Doesn’t work. Just keeps crashing. Tried on multiple devices.

Such pathetic service. They don't deliver water on time although you made payment on time. They dont give you refund even. M calling since three weeks but they are not coming to pick their bottles and refund security. I spend more than my security. Donot waste your time on this service. There are much better services.

Experience off app is so bad. If you able to order they will deliver the water in 24 hours except Sundays. Issue is able to make an successful order from app. Don’t use it order from somewhere else
