Grand oasis hotel
No recomiendo este hotel porque me robaron mi reloj en la habitación, me engañaron con mi tour no me dieron lo que me ofrecieron y todo para enganchar para que te hagas socio, el personal es rudo y no tienen variedad en sus bebidas, y el bufet tunkul al que fui en la cena la comida es pésima
Terrible app
This app is terrible. Constantly crashed and had incorrect or inconsistent information on what was happening in the resort. It didn’t help that the resort’s Wi-Fi was also horrible.

We have stayed at many places in Mexico this Being the WORST for check in. Went 3 places before finding the correct “room” to check in for our reservations which took forever! No one would GET UP and show you where to go just go to the blue doors and there were many blue doors and nothing marked real well. Process was very slow and we came as a group with 3 rooms and not one room was near the next, not even close. One room needed 2 beds but were told to come back next day and they would try to move them. Went to eat and food was good. Our 2 servers were great! Would be nice to have map of layout
but we were told everything is only on line. If you have any disability this is NOT the hotel for you. Many others that work better. Very disappointing first day.
Not helpful
When we checked in, we were given no information other than to download the app because it held all of our answers. This was incredibly incorrect. This app did not have any useful information other than basically the names of restaurants (which you have to look at closely to figure out whether you can even eat there or not based on your status). Also, most of the information it did have turned out to be incorrect. It’s very confusing to use and you need internet to use it.
Go somewhere else
Everything you are reading is true. We chose the most expensive rooms on the beach. Everything is a hassle. Warning. The beautiful marble floor is a death trap. We came back to our room and the refrigerator was defrosting. The water leaked on the floor and down my wife went, breaking her toe. There are so many bad things to talk about but I want to tell you about the good. Management was very apologetic and was doing everything in their power to make things right. Yes no one knows what they are doing and I think the staff knows that but they are working hard to make things right. You just need to let them know.
TERRIBLE SERVICE - don’t waste your money
This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The employees were extremely rude and completely incompetent. They will lie like second nature. The dude at the front wearing a mask, face shield and glasses said it takes 24 hrs to get your C19 results back and had my family of 6 panicked bc we wanted to go home so badly we paid 300$ to get them offsite and then I found out the results come back in 2 hrs. Check in was atrocious. The FOOD WAS INEDIBLE. It was the nastiest food I have ever had in my life. The drinks were watery, water smelled like sewer, the bathrooms were full of vomit. Cigarette butts were EVERYWHERE. This app NEVER worked. No blankets. The mattress was brown. The employees were so rude.

THE most unacceptable service I have ever encountered. The staff was rude and the reception was terrible. Slow slow slow. Everyone and everything took forever. 1 bartender per bar and only 3 were opened at a time. So this all inclusive was waiting in line inclusive. I have been to mexico 5 times in the last 2 years and because of this resort I will never come again. Had to wait in line for 45 minutes for a bottled water and then was told that I didn’t have the correct band to get drinks at that certain bar. Ughhhh. The whole trip was like that. Not accommodating at all. Had an 8:30 appt to receive a COVID test to return to us and wasn’t even helped until 10. Then another line to wait in. The whole place seemed to not know what they were doing. They catered to Spanish people first and foremost so this American will not be visiting Mexico again. So many other beautiful places in the Caribbean to look forward to
